Kristen B. Goodell is a strategic leader passionate about developing equitable career opportunities. She has a Masters of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, has worked as a certified Special Education Teacher, Crisis Intervention Specialist, Board Director, Professor and most recently was the Corporate Internship Director for a non-profit organization. As the internship director, she led a career coach team, trained 150+ corporate mentors, utilized skilled employee performance analysis and continuous process improvement to create 95% corporate partner retention and 92% student internship success.  Kristen listened to corporate partners, identified the employee readiness skill gaps and the 5 career clusters most in need:  business, education, engineering, health and information technology.  She created this easy to use, accessible anywhere learning platform to build equitable career opportunities and eradicate skill gaps.

Customized Compliance Software was developed by Nicholas H. Goodell, Masters of Science in Business Management from The University of Pittsburgh, Risk Manager, Director, Data Analyst and Entrepreneur. The first iteration of our compliance platform was built 20 years ago to support EH&S services our team provided to one of the world’s largest telecommunication companies. Not long after that first development cycle, we were engaged by one of the nation’s leading for-hire fleets to adapt the software to their compliance needs, helping track everything from the new employee probationary period, DQF, incident/accidents, MVR’s training materials, and more to create a single view of an employee’s performance across every aspect of the company.

You may think that as a software company our priority is on hiring programmers. Truth be told, most of our team were first great engineers, risk managers, or other professionals from within the industry, which means that we start from the industry needs—with intimate firsthand experiences —and work backward to build the technology.
